1. Booking & Payment
Booth reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed booking form and full payment.
Payment is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

2. Allocation of Booths
The organiser reserves the right to allocate booth locations according to the floor plan, with consideration for sponsor priority and event flow.

3. Booth Setup & Dismantling
Setup Date: [13 November 2025 10PM]
Dismantling Date: [16 November 2025 3PM]
Exhibitors must comply with the organiser’s setup and dismantling schedule.

4. Usage of Booths
Booths must be used solely for the display of approved products or services.
No sub-letting or sharing of booth space is allowed without prior written approval from the organiser.

5. Compliance & Safety
All exhibits must comply with local laws, safety regulations, and venue requirements.
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their own exhibits.

6. Liability
The organiser will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the exhibition.

7. Branding & Promotions
Exhibitors are entitled to display their company branding within their allocated booth space only.
Any promotional activities outside the booth must be approved by the organiser in advance.

8. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
